This Saturday 3rd May, one of our regular Monthly Hires takes place, Stone Farmers Market.

Stone is a lively market town in Staffordshire which was founded in 670 AD. The Market Charter was granted by King Henry III in 1251 AD.

Halfway between Stafford and Stoke on Trent, it is situated next to the A34, the River Trent and the Trent and Mersey Canal. Stone has a narrow boat centre and a reputation for good food, with a variety of bars, restaurants and eateries, not forgetting the monthly Farmers Market and an Autumn Food & Drink Festival.

Stone Farmers Market is widely considered to be Staffordshire’s biggest and best Farmers Market, lining the pretty Georgian High Street on the first Saturday of every calendar month (except January) from 9am to 3pm.

There are some 50 stalls drawing bustling crowds from far and wide selling cheese, locally-reared meats, freshly baked bread, preserves, cakes, honey, fruit, vegetables, smoked fish, local crafts and so much more.

We are proud of our partnership with Stafford Borough Council, providing the Gazebo hire for this wonderful and popular Monthly Event.
