Rules and Regulations

All fees payable by Stallholders must be settled by the specified date on the invoice to secure their pitch. The booking is NOT confirmed until we have a copy of your Registration Form, Booking Form, Insurance Details, Any Required Documentation and Payment in Full. Delays in any part of this process can result in the pitch no longer being available.

Stallholders Fees, once paid, are Non-Refundable under any circumstances.

If the Event/Market the Stallholder is booked onto is cancelled for any reason, fees paid

will be carried forward to a future Event or Market of the Stallholder’s choice.

Stallholder cancellations must be emailed to Traders.bescot.p@hotmail.com. If we can

find a replacement for the Stallholder, any fees paid will be credited toward a future

Event or Market of their choice.

Stallholders must arrive promptly and be fully set up and
operational during Event opening hours. Vehicles are strictly allowed on site only during
specified setup and pack up times.

Stallholders are responsible for managing their own waste and
must ensure their pitch is kept clean at all times. Any waste must be removed from the
site or, if applicable, disposed of in designated event waste areas at the end of trading.

Bescot Promotions loves to showcase our Stallholders. Please send photos and special offers to the Market Manager via WhatsApp or email at
Traders.bescot.p@hotmail.com. We also ask that Stallholders promote the event and
share any current promotions we are running regarding the Event on their social media
pages. Together, we will do our best to make trading with Bescot Promotions a complete
success.

Stallholders should be very mindful of the public and other traders
when setting up and breaking down. Ensure there are no trip hazards and that public
pathways are clear of obstacles. Always use hazard lights when driving on site.
